These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kreels mobile app, website at kreels.tv, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by WNBS INC. ("Kreels", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kreels. Some features (livestream gifts, monetization, paid content, mature content) require you to be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Kreels has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content — including harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, or any other content prohibited under Section 4 — and abusive behavior toward other users are strictly forbidden. By using the Service you agree not to post objectionable content or behave abusively toward others.
You retain ownership of the videos, images, audio, text, comments, and other content you post on Kreels ("Your Content").
By posting Your Content, you grant Kreels a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of (such as for transcoding, thumbnails, or AI processing you authorize), publish, perform, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete Your Content, except to the extent it has been shared with others or retained for legal/backup purposes.

Enforcement. Kreels provides tools for every user to flag objectionable content and to block abusive users; blocking a user immediately removes that user's content from your feed and prevents further interaction. We review reports of objectionable content and act within 24 hours by removing the content and terminating (ejecting) the account of any user who posted offending content. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Kreels offers auto-renewable subscriptions, including:
Pricing is shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Coins, AI credits, and unlocked episodes are non-transferable, non-refundable virtual items that may be purchased in-app or earned through promotions. They have no monetary value outside Kreels and cannot be exchanged for cash. Reward coins may expire as disclosed in the app.
All purchases are final except where required by law. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be made through Google Play. Refunds for direct (web) purchases are handled per Stripe's terms and our discretion.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
Creators may earn revenue through subscriptions, paid episodes, gifts, AI co-creation rewards, and creator-tier programs.
Kreels offers AI-assisted creation (AI Drama Wizard, branching story votes, co-writer features). When you use AI tools:
Kreels, the Kreels logo, and all related marks, designs, and software are owned by WNBS INC. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them except as needed to access the Service.
If you believe content on Kreels infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice with the required information to [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law and may remove allegedly infringing content. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in Settings or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, harm to other users or the Service, or as required by law. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (Sections 3, 5, 8-13) will remain in effect.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content from creators is the responsibility of those creators, not Kreels.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Kreels nor its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where WNBS INC. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
